CAN ANYONE TELL ME WHAT ENGINE THIS IS?

Hi ive got a ej9 civic is registered as 1.4 but I've looked at photos and the head looks different. Any one got any ideas? Its got D14A4 on the engine block. But the head is deffinatly not a 1.4

you sure the inlet manifold hasn't been changed to make it look similar to a d15/d16

It's just the rockers are alot different to the 1.4 think it's had a different head but not sure what head. Trying to sell it so just want to know what to describe it as. I'm pretty sure the manifold is for the 1.4
