California Bar'd Swaps

So I been swapping for a few years now and I am about to see what the big fuss about the k20 swap. I have been noticing in talking and forums that they are not getting them Reffed. If you live in california you know what I am talking about. My build is going to be with a K20z1 and i am putting in the P/S and A/C with P/W and P/L and P/M so if you have done this swap please let me know how you got pass the bar'd. Thank you!!!

You can not get a K20 reffed only as of now all B-series motors same year as your car or newer, JDM motors need all the sensors added & paperwork of course
