Do they come with any kind of fitting kit? As it looks like they have a tapered hole whereas the oem things is basically a nut on a threaded bar :/

no fitting kit just the tie down itself,the oem set up will hold it fine thou i suppose a tapered washer or likes would make it look more flush.
