Best manifold??

Currently have a b18c4 block & b18c head inlet and cams,But going to upgrade the c4 manifold to either a 98 b18c or 5zigen one.
Just wondering which is best,Any other suggestion would be great!!
Budget is around 200ish?

the 5zigen manifolds are great,had one on my jordan and made a great difference to the car out of the 2 id go 5zigen as long as its the 2.5inch jdm flange

98 spec jdm is a good manifold to buddy.
