What are the best coilovers to get my civic on the floor? Its a 98 ej9, Im 99% on getting meister r superlows but i just wanted to check on here as to what everyone thinks of them and if there is an alternative that anybody would sudgest if not, thanks in advance

I've got a ground control/koni yellow combo with top hats this can go extremely low I'm pretty much as low as I can go with 205 tyres but the coil perch still has over inch to go

Hi Luke,

Where did you get the Koni/Yellow ground control kit from and how much was it please?

Are they coilovers or just uprated dampers and springs?

Thanks.

Luke - that's awesome man thank you so much for posting those links that was very good of you!

I will be going for those once I get some cash saved as my Zeals are just too crashy for every day use.

Cheers buddy!

ive been told d2's because they are really stiff not sure how stiff the meisters are though

The MeisterR won't be too stiff, the valving are design to keep ride quality compliant. :)
And the Koni + Ground Control will get no where near the low of the SuperLow.

If you do not want to go more than -75mm, I recommend getting the standard Zeta-S.
They are better performing, and also slightly cheaper.
The dual perch design will make sure suspension travel are maintain and ride remain good over uneven road surfaces.
The package come with everything including new top mount, and a 1 year warranty.

If you are sure that you want to lower more than 80mm toward and over the 100mm area, then the SuperLow are design for you.
Ride quality will remain acceptable, but the range of height adjustments will be low, really low, and super low... low to the point where you cannot get the car off the drive without removing the front bumper (as it happen to one of our customer).

So it depends on what you are after.
But we design a few different version bespoke for owners with specific need.
Because while the MeisterR suspension can take care of a wide range of role, hardware changes that are necessary sometime in order to achieve a specific goal. :)

If you have any other questions, please feel free to let me know.

Jerrick

Just one quick question, with the 10% off, does that cover the superlow coilovers aswell, I saw it said zeta r and zeta s but I wasnt sure if it covered the superlows too, I should be ordering my set end of this week as soon as I get paid :)
