Anyone ever seen/used one?
Looking at getting one from America.
Does anyone know if I'll have to pay import tax?
One more thing, do I lose the use of my rear seat belts?
Iv seen some x-braces with seats and belts still in.
Hope someone could give me some advice.
Cheers
Shaun

Had a look at some pics and not too sure with fitment.. I'd reckons you could still keep seat belts but you need these long bolts I'd reckon. Not too sure. Having rear seats cause accidents and accidents cause children so take out the rear seats! :p

As for import tax, it is likely you will be charged. Best you could do is ask the seller to mark it as a gift on the parcel.

Japstyle.org this is a fella I buy few parts from in Ireland he has quality parts and I have this x brace its good fit etc, you wouldn't have to pay import charge either,

My Tegiwa X-brace is fitted with the rear seatbelts but I wouldn't recommend sitting in the back with it as if it's like mine, the angle it sits at the top horizontal c-pillar brace comes in past the back seats so if you have a crash with someone in the back their heads will no doubt get caved in at the back hitting the bar!

Not really designed to be used with back seats, hence why I've taken mine out. That and I run harnesses and fixed back buckets

cant see the rear belts as a problem but tegiwa do a very nice x brace or go one better and get a roll cage with the x brace built in theres a guy on here called joe who has stared putting them into production and there not going to bust your pocket either i think there £250 which probably works out cheaper than the x brace anyway and you get the safety of a roll cage along with the stiffer car.

JPR DEVELOPMENTS search them on here ill be getting one asa the ek's gone :(

Cheers guys, iv asked tegiwa but there not sure on a date for when they are getting them in. My girlfriend is buying me one for my birthday but can't find them :D
