Alrite lads just letting the guys in n.ireland and even the south that alot of ek's and dc2's are tryn to be stole atm and to just be careful were you leave your cars.Seems to be only vtec's there after so just watch i no i dont want my pride and joy stole.
 
lads the best thing that you lot can possibly do is buy a switch for 99p get and put it on the wire for the fuel pump when you get out hit the switch and if they rob your house or whatever they will get about 100 feet away and the car will cut out because their is no petrol getting to the engine and they wont be able to find the switch
 
In South of Ireland and Ireland in general the thiefs are getting more cheeky everyday trying to steal cars from the front garden when everyone in the house and all the lights are on at 10 oclock in the evening. Fecking scumbags.

idk if it works in the uk..but try a tracking system like the GPS SNITCH..it uses google maps to locate your car..
 
ya alot of car getting stolen around limerick too mates dc2 stolen last month and no sign
 
They will be getting broken up, worth more. Keep an eye on eBay for lots of parts suddenly appearing.

my mate had his 9 stolen had a good alarm on it and they just ripped it out they dident even start the car they towed it up the road and must of had a transporter waiting never heard any more about its nearly a year now.:mad:

they seem to know what they are at theiving b##tards
 
A dicreetly hidden fuel pump kill switch is always a worthwhile mod and a cheap one too.
Having a GPS tracker is a good idea, but in hindsight, a little useless if your car has already been torched/stripped.
A snap off steering wheel and removal of the power steering aught to make it fairly difficult for thieves;)
