BDL throttle body problem

im having an engine built and my tuner is telling me this
The main return spring, is to tight basically and hold the throttle open slightly, We tried to lossen it but even then it was still to high.
the problem is with the bdl throttle body, i bought it brand new on another forum just wondering if anyone could help? regards dan

i was having the same problem try many things i got tired and decided to get a skunk2 instead.
