You might be over sprung now that you have remove some weight.
The weight of the springs is printed on the springs, it is the last 3 digit on the springs. So 62.200.010 will be 10kg/mm

Play with the damping, drop me a PM if you are having issue and I am more than happy to help. ;)

That's what I was thinking, although even with the stiffer Combo of BC springs I would'nt have thought to be too stiff?

Thanks for the info on how to find out the rates :)

Will there be a set of these GT1's made for EG's? ;)

Yep, the GT1 are available on all MeisterR application.
We use the standard MeisterR Zeta-S / Zeta-R chassis (as we know it fit the car and works), but completely replace the internal to provide advance damping characteristic that rival the Ohlins DFV.

For the price, they are awesome and you will be hard push to find anything to compete with the MeisterR GT1 within the same price bracket. :)

1996 Civic VTI EK4, 1998 Civic Type R EK9
I was not much excited about the BC coilovers. Had it in my Ek9 when I baught it. I had abrupt oversteer in a roundabout with new tires what I was not expecting from a fwd. The rear shocks were set fully soft but I think the riding hight was too high. So the car was too stiff in the back.
Now I swiched to oem ones. Cant wait to try them out :)
Cant say anything about meister R.

I'm on my 3rd car with a meister R set up and as always I can't fault them. They are a joy on the road in soft mode and then for the spirited drives I just dial them up a few notches. For the money they're a great bit of kit!
