b20 vtec fuel injectors?

hey guys,
so i just did a b20 vtec swap.
got the oil line tapped.

my question is,,
what size/type fuel injectors i need?
and what is the importance of adjustable fuel pressure regulator?
Spark plugs, NGK BkR7E?

Injectors depend on how built your engine is, stock 240cc are good for a mild build.
You should put your fuel pressure up if you run 240cc so you will need an adjustable fpr.
As for plugs im not sure and would also be interested in that answer as i cant remember whats in mine lol.
