Hey, I have problem with turbo setup. When I'm push pedal at floor (for example 5gear at 3000rpm for few seconds {i have fully opened wastegate} so in intake isnt pressure) then release and after maybe 3seconds again push pedal from exhaust comes smoke from oil. Without air turboline (engine work NA) it goes normalny. For first I bought used TD05 from STi Impreza and it leaks and push oil to the compressor and exhaust housing. Then I rebuilded and it leaks again or still. Then I bought new one Kinugawa CHRA cartridge and it leaks too. I feed it from place where is original oil pressure switch and drain to the oil pan. I'm using original subaru restriction bolt 1.5mm and today I tried to make oil pressure regulator before turbo.
Can someone help me or give me some advice what I can try?

yes, when i disconnect piping from turbo it doesnt smoke and air piping is oiled

Try fit oil pressure gauge on turbo oil feed and let me know oil pressure

i have it : i have oil bolt with 1.5mm hole and before oil bolt i have regulator and there 2.8bar in max load, at idle is 1.2-1.3bar

Problem solved (but i'm not sure if it's 100% solved). In crankcase was too high pressure and oil return cant go to oip pan. Someone know why is in crankcase too high pressure?? :(

if your crank case pressure is to high it will over pressurise the turbo and leak past the seals, get your self a good catch can set up, I had cotton filters on my catch can and they blocked up really quick and over pressurised, I then fitted metal filters and it solved the problem, but every know and then they would block but a quick dip in petrol sorted them out.

hope this can help

Hope you get this sorted & lovely looking setup where did you get this mapped?

do you have vented your crankcase to catchcan? or just only valve cover?

I had them both crank case and valve cover, I am using the black works catch can set up now and it's been problem free.

and do you have vented crank from original black box? or did you make new vent bolts?

I got rid of the standard charcoal canister and used two an10 fittings on the block
