B18C4 no spark

Fitted my B18c4 nearly 2 weeks ago now and still cannot get it to spark
it turns over and keeps turning over I've fitted new spark plugs changed plug wires, new battery, I've checked all earths even fitted an earthing kit couldn't find any bad fuses have seen the plugs spark a weak spark every now and then but still cannot get it to start and now I'm starting to run out of things to check any advice would be appreciated
 
Thanks for your replies is there a way to test if this is at fault? will order new one anyway probably where's good to get them from

Also would a B16A2 distributor work for it as I've one of those lying around

The distributor should be the same, although the connector might be different depending on year / engine loom used. If the connector is the same just pop the dizzy you have in and see what happens!
 
There are different numbers on the distributors and also the cap for the b18c4 dizzy is bigger than the other one but will try tonight Cheers again
