Sorry about bringing up this topic again but I just want to make sure I have all the parts I need before starting the work.

I have an EG4 LSI with a D15B2, want to put in a B18C4 out of the UK VTI-S.

The part that I am confused with is the looms, I know that the most people will just swap the interior loom for one from a VTI/ ESI although will a OBD0-OBD1 harness adapter work without any other work other than wiring in VTEC and I have a P28 ECU that I will get mapped.

also if anyone could state/ direct me to the parts i need for the complete swap?

thanks in advance :)

hi mate just get the looms from the vti s and swap them over and run the vti ecu. you will need engine, gearbox,b series mounts, shafts, looms, ecu. really isnt bad to do.:)

cheers mate, was hoping that i could do the conversion without taking out the dash as its really time consuming.

So far I have the B18C4 W/ Box, engine mounts, shafts and ecu.

try and get a build thread up somewhen

When I put my b18c4 in my ej8 the standard vtis loom was useless as it unplugs at the strut top,but in the ej/ek s the loom goes right through the bulkhead into the passenger footwell. I'm not sure or the setup on egs though, could be totally different
