how much is the difference between the weight of B18C and B18C4 con.rods??

will it be the problem if there will be 3 rods of B18C and 1 B18C4.

All this has been covered before. It is common sense that if you have 3 balanced rods and 1 unbalanced then your engine will be unbalanced. The difference in C(type r)/c4 crank and rods is just in balancing. All harmonics and tolerances rely on main engine components being as balanced as possible. There is nothing wrong with using a c4 crank it just count feel or sound ad happy right up in the high revs. But mixing rods I'd definitely a no no.

All depends how serious you are about the engine build. If it's for many hours of track life or powering a shopping trolley round local car parks.

You can mix rods! just make sure they are all balanced to each other~ lol

Like pointed out above, i woudnt use different mass rods but if i had to id get a digital scale and equal it to the R's rods by removing (sanding not notching) some weight at the least stressful point of it. I doubt the difference will be even more than a gram but that little difference is significant at high revs.
