B16b head on a B16a block?


If its just the head on its own then nothing as they'r the same casting and fitment.
 
Nothing, but if you want proper gains with the change, prepare good fuel and ignition maps. Head combustion chamber dimensions, valve seats, ports, camshafts... all different specifications.
