Hey boys and gals, i swaped fairly recently a B16B engine in my EJ9. It is still work in progress, but i've done a few tests and i am very happy with the result.

Here is a short list with the mods, from standard to now:

- B16B engine
- B16A1 gearbox
- Innovative mounts
- 5Zigen ProRacer header
- custom catback (not finished yet)
- 262mm front brakes
- EK9 radiator, driveshafts, shifter linkage
- HKS panel filter
- bucket seat
- adjustable suspension springs
- dual bend short shifter

Some of the parts are not installed yet, but will be soon.
Here are some photos and a video from the first tests.

looks sharp and the gear changes are seriously quick:nice: Nice vid

Thank you mates for the kind words, you are giving me good news... I've never drag raced anyone yet, and me and my mates don't really know what to expect from the engine/car. This is the only B16B in Romania, so we don't know how quick it is compared to other cars, like EP3s, S2ks and VTIs.
At the moment i'm very pleased and with the smile the car puts on my face every time i hit VTEC. I've owned a EP3, S2k, CRX VT, Colt CZT, R5 GTT and some other performance cars, but i can honestly say this current Civic is the most exciting car i've ever had.
Sadly we don't have serious tracks in Romania, our only option being the Hungaroring and Euroring in Hungary, so i will participate mainly in drag racing contests (my goal is a time of 13.9, i hope i can achieve it fairly easily).

Oh by the way, i forgot to mention the car has lightened flywheel and DC2 clutch.

At 0:24 in the vid, you can see the only Bseries turbo in Romania, my mates B16A turbo CRX, also a work in progress project.
