B16A2 Misfiring. Need help!

Right, about an hour ago, i satrted my car after nipping down the street. I knew someting was wrong straight away. the engine is misfiring big style, sounds like a tractor and barely revs above 4k? has anyone got any ideas. coil pack, leads, plugs etc?

i had this on my b16a2 before turned out to be just a spark plug. so start with them a set of leads also cheak the dizzie cap and the rottor in side cos they are common for failing on the b16
