I've read articles on here before, so decided to join as I want to make my car "mine"!
I have some ideas about what I want to do (already got some HEL braided lines, so tips and advice on fitment would be AWESOME!), but would like to hear about what's already ne done that was / wasn't worth it.
There's a local Honda specialist (Hond-R) and they seem very knowledgeable, so they will probably get any major work if it gets to that stage. For now, I just want projects to build my ability and understanding of how the car works as a whole (so any tricks to keep the calipers sweet or decent pads to go with my new lines would be an ideal start).
I bought it with typical "standard mod's":
Alloys (15" Rota's with 195/50R15 rubber),
Exhaust (Tanabe medallion cat-back, I have also got a de-cat pipe),
Intake filter (Carbon dynamics...looks like a big carbon fibre sweet jar with pipes either end!),
ONLY MOD I'VE MADE is some HIDs from HIDs4U and some LED sidelights (they look "the ***" when it dark out or even just dim...I also have a short shifter that will be fitted shortly to reduce some slack as there is some play on the the joint just before the rod connects to the gearbox.
Other than that, it's getting on 170,000 miles and has been on a prescription of some Mobil "new life" 0-w40 oil every 4 months or so.

. Also try to get a cold air intake instead of the intake you got, you're feeding the engine with hot air...
