B Series Valve spring help??

Are the b16 intake valve spring and exhaust spring same?

No, intakes are dual and exhausts are single

I would imagine so, as obd2b itrs springs are the same for in,ex, so aftermarket would probably be too. Best thing is to ask cam manufacturer to recommend correct springs for a given cam because some springs are stiffer and have diffrent compressed heights for certain lifts.
