**arc replica winglet/splitters mini group buy?**

Hi everyone, I have asked a member on the site who can and has in the past produced very good ARC style winglets at a fraction of the price of the real ones.

He has quoted me $150 for them shipped to my door N.Ireland but said that if I can get a few more orders it will work out cheaper, so im assuming that 4 sets would work out a bit cheaper as that is the quantity he sold in the past.

DJdosile or DV8 has the exact ones that the member made in the past and sent to him and they look awsome! The genuine ARC Magic decals for the fins can also be bought from RHDJapan for £20 shipped to UK

Wierd, i was thinkin about contacting him asking to make me a set. Im well up for this but im wanting the non fin type im not too keen on the shark fin ones

Me too its the non-shark fin type with the straight edge that he is making.

He can do them no problem and post to our doors so we only need another couple of buyers and we can get a discounted price

Thats great but if you simply click on the link that I have put on the bottom of the 1st post then the pictures will appear on the 1st page, also if you look through the linked thread there are a few other pics, DV8s profile also has build pictures of his car with them fitted:nice:
 
ah sorry didnt see the link mate. so does that mean we will get them for the same price as the previous group buy? ie 120?

also mate sorry but whats the difference between the shark fin type and non shark fin? again sorry for my ignorance.

Yes it should work out at $120 USD if we can get at least 4 buyers. The shark fin type are shaped more like a shark fin but they don't look any were near as good as the straight edge type that we are ordering when fitted to an ek civic
 
I have been speaking to the member making these winglets and the best he can do is $140 USD shipped to each of us due to high shipping prices. If someone could get them all shipped to their address and send them to the individuals it would be $120 each so its not really worth the hassle to do it that way.

They should arrive at your address within about 2 weeks from payment. Is everyone on the current list ok with paying $140?
 
so can we just go ahead with 3 of us then mate? or do we defo have to have 4?

also guys if this is coming from the states then are we going to get taxed on these?

I think we might just have to go ahead with 3 sets guys. Im waiting to hear back to confirm if we can go ahead with just the 3. It would be good if 1 or 2 other people wanted a set but I need to send payment to him asap so he can start making them

They are coming from New Zealand and the guy was going to send all 3 sets to me and then I can send them to each of yous with Royal Mail, that way if we get taxed it will be split between 3 of us but hopefully we won't get taxed:nice:

If he lets me know that its ok to send our 3 sets then if you's can paypal me the $140USD and either send as a gift or add 3.5% to cover paypal charges which works out at $144.49USD then we should have them within 2 weeks:naughty:

haha aye. didnt notice you were local aswell. should get an ek9 meet on the go as i dont think ive met any of the members on here yet.

Souter I PM'd you on Saturday and haven't heard back from you. Can you pay for these before Wednesday? We need to order these asap as I will be on holz in under 3 weeks so need to take delivery of them before I go.
