Anyone used Bosch Aerotwin Wiper blades?


Haven't used these but used cheap retro fit aero blades which cost some 8 quid delivered and they worked absolutely fine. And trust me, Glasgow tested them well!
 
Yeah I heard that those cheap ebay replacements had pretty short lifespan, is that true?
 
The Bosch ones are pretty good
They make the car look newer as well. No more shitty old looking wipers

Well, I have been through a few sets and they always lasted about a year (from one MOT to the next...) which in my eyes is fine. Obviously with the Bosch the quality will be pretty much guaranteed, while with the cheaper ones it can be a bit of a lottery, but then you can get 3 or 4 sets for that kind of money. In any case they will make the car look heaps better :D
 
meh my £5 set of bosch blade out of the autofactors will do me grand would need to go through six sets to pay for one of those!
 
Cool! Anyone got pics of them or any generic aero wipers fitted to an EK?
 
yes i have these and cant fault them, got them cheaper via eurocarparts with 30% dicsount.
 
Hello, ended up going to local automotive store and bought some Tridon FlexBlade wipers. They look very similar and function in the same way. Gotta say, they are pretty fantastic - the wiper sound is quieter now, and even when the windscreen is dry, the Flexblades don't make any squeaky noises like on old coat hanger-style blades. Quite happy with the purchase, now to find myself an aeroblade for the rear wiper!
