Anyone familiar with this car?

I guess you guys missed the picture of the manual transmission? It is a converted car, just want to know if anyone is familiar with it thats all. I am buying the car, but I am very skeptical about the car making 351rwhp with a stock bottom end and type-r compression. I had the car inspected and they said it made some white smoke which is another concern of mine.
