Another cam question

I know there's alot of cam questions and I ask a few of them.
But what I want to know is

1: is there such cam that need no valvetrain upgrade?
2: if so what ones?

Can't use search on my phone. Doesn't work for some reason.

Buddy club spec 3plus
Light upgrade on the type R cams, better mid focused and should see little more top end.

Can be used on Type R valvetrain
 
in my opinion whenever you upgrade to a bigger cam OEM or aftermarket..you have to upgrade valvetrain and do the proper tuning to get the most out of them if not is pointless...

i think you can only go with skunk2 tuner1's with the stock itr valvetrain. stage2 or higher you need aftermarket stiffer springs. but if you going with the tuner1's, they are just a bit bigger than itr cams i heard. I'm sure there are lots of itr/ctr cams floating around the European market for pretty cheap.

I heard the the buddy club spec3+ was pretty good for midrange.

Also very interested in this I have a 98 EK9 still running the B16B wanting to know what cams can I upgrade to with out having to change the valvetrain
