Hello, im just new, stupid question i know but here goes lol, but would it be a good idea me getting EJ9 as a 1st car or is it just better me getting something else to begin with? Wouldnt mind a civic as a 1st car but i know it might be a fortune on insurance . Thanks.

Hi Hondas are expensive to insure at first an ej9 is a 1.4 and ek4 is a 1.6 ring a few companies before you buy and see what they quote you will give you a better idea

Yeah i know man, will defo be phoning up a few companies and finding out about it. i just want to be different and not get a corsa etc, love hondas but think i may need to wait a while before i can get insured on one haha. thanks dude

It will be a good starter if you can insure one. There's plenty of new and used mods you can do to add your own touch or style to the car and can build up as you go along.

You might be surprised I you ring up admiral elephant and ask for a 10 month policy might get it cheaper but don't buy a car and then not afford the insurance

I would avoid vtec if its your first car, there expensive to insure when your young. civics are definatly worth having though
