Airbag SRS light

I had an alarm fitted on my 9 today and my SRS light is on now coz all the cluster etc was removed.

Apparantly it needs to be reset, does anyone know how to do this??

The way my mechanic do this is that he removes the positive cable connector from the battery and waits ten minutes, then he connects it back.

That wont work......
It needs to be conected up to the honda EMS sytem and then re-set.
There is a how-to on this but if you get the pins wrong and short it out, all the airbags will blow!!
Be warned!

yeh the battery thing never worked.
will the airbags work if i have a crash with the light on?

i may just remove the light from the cluster......
