98 civic coupe ex power window / lock / mirror

When I bought the car the windows were going up slowly. I took it to my friends shop who said I needed a new window switch. Did that. Once I took it back to his shop the windows still didnt want to work. Im assuming when they checked what was wrong with it they might of misplaced a box or disconnected something. If anybody can identify anything wrong with the setup please tell me. Heres a few pics. Since they have seen it the first time I cant use the power locks, windows, and the drivers side window. For some strange reason I can still adjust the passengers side mirror. Theres two plugs that dont plug into anything. A brown square one and a gray long one which can be seen in the first and third picture. The gray plug has 6 wires, and the brown plug has one. Heres the colors of the wires to the plugs

GRAY PLUG -
Yellow with black stripe
Yellow
Yellow with green stripe
Green with yellow stripe
Red with white stripe
Green

BROWN PLUG -
Black
