97 ek9 recaros+rails in 98 ej9


I do have ek rails but for some reason when i tried to fit them in only the 2 front bolts went in and the 2 back ones were kinda off!!!
 
calm calm. I got spoon rails for my ej and had a lil rage fest when one of the hinges were off. Take pics of the hinge then take it to a welder. Takes no longer than 10mins. And the guy charged me ten quid. Good luck
 
4real 10quid! Dont think a welder down london will charge me a tenner as their BUMP. Anyways i toke the rails off the seat and gona try see what i can do from there mate. Cheers
 
ahh london.. well what I done was I googled for a blacksmith/ welder nearby and took me to a site where I can email the guy and ask for a quote! Send them pictures of how far off the hinges are. I'd say if anymore than 20 quid then its a no lol. good luck anyways mate
 
Its cool now mate it was a straight fit lol all i had to do was reposition the seat and hammer the driver rear right side hinge so i could fit the bolt in thanks for the advice's
