This is my friends pre-facelift Honda Civic Type R in CW. 1.6 16v B16B. Literally just had a mini service. Lots of receipts, inc Japanese ones. MOT & TAX. Car reads in KM. Timing belt done two years ago, receipt to prove. Fully undersealed last year - he's not had the time this year yet.
Full car has just been cley'd with the Maguire's clay bar kit - 26/05/2012.
Imported UK in 2007 - bought from importer on 28/06/2008
I have all MOT's since then:
MOT - 17/06/2008 111736 km
MOT - 08/06/2009 116644 km
MOT - 12/08/2010 132985 km
MOT - 10/08/2011 141069 km
Hence - I can say that the mileage is genuine!!!
6 Owners since new (1997)
MOT'd till 11/08/2012
Tax'd till 28/02/13
Currently reading 148,169 KM only 92,000 miles average 6,000 per year

Spoon air filter
TEIN lowering springs with standard shocks - prefer this to coilovers!
15" Desmond Regamaster EVO alloy wheels - powder coated last year!
Yokohama Parada spec 2 - tread is like new!
Cusco cage powder coated white (same as alloys), the cage isn't bolted in and I'm only using the main part as I didn't want to take the back seats out. It's a snug fit and is only for show. I have the back bars and blue wrapping
Lower tie bar powder coated white (same as alloys and cage)
Usual Type R extra's like
Central Locking
Electric Windows
Electric folding Mirrors
Tinted Glass to side and rear
Limited Slip Diff & Close Ratio Gearbox
Bad points;
Little scrape on the splitter (touched up)
Little scrape on the wing where it meets the bumper (touched up)
Some stone chips on the bonnet
Drivers seat bloster worn
Car is in excellent condition for being just under 15 years old.
Proof of insurance required to test drive!!
