hello ek9 forum ppl, I have a 97 civic ek hatchy with a gsr swap in it, but here in MA doesn't pass emission due to it has a jumpin harness and its running with a b16a obd1 ecu, the car runs fine but no vtec kickin and CEL is on. you guys probably heard this before, but im new at this, any advice?? thanks.
