Item for sale: CW 96 spec JDM ITR

It is with deep regret that im putting up for sale my first type R.
I bought this about 4 months ago from a friend of mine who moved to canada.
I have put over 1500 into this car in the last 4 months from new wheels and tyres, drop links, new rocker cover, oil change and filter, NGK long life platinum plugs, RTA Bushes, Cv joing, Wheel Baring, New Gaiters, Wipers bulbs, tracking, new clifford alarm with remote start and blackjax and proxies, and a new batter, to get it right but to my demise the engine is in fact smokey, and does need internal work done.
I am not hiding the fact this needs work as i am being honest this is not something I would keep from a buyer.
Other than the engine needing work This car is in Top condition, It has some very nice extras and has real character and If i had the money to throw it around nothing would please me more than to get the engine completely rebuilt and keep this going.. the inside is so clean and I have the outside looking near the same from the pictures of when I got it.
Below is the spec, all the pictures and any questions please do not hesitate to ask. The price is what I have it up for on donedeal and although it kills me to say it is negotiable.
It's not something I'm looking to break so I wont be going down that road, I want the car to be kept on because it is such a beautiful car I couldnt bare to see it in pieces.
The body work is almost perfect bar one bit of paint missing over the front arched that I waxed up to stop rusting. you can see in the picture up on the ramp
Eventhough the engine is burning oil, it did pass an emissions test for the NCT, it is not one bit down on power, and I am still getting about 32-34 MPG
I also buffed and sanded the lights and they came up quite well.
it has its original flare and original spare wheel in the back, also has a personal box which is pretty rare from what i gather, recaros are in very good condition and all original mats as well.
it did just pass the NCT last week so mechanically it is fine and there is two keys and two alarm phobs. I have a set of buddyclub wheels there also that i was keeping for winter, i can throw them in and a cat back buddyclub spec 3 exhaust at the right price. The standard exhaust is on it as I do like to keep it JDM as I can. and i love having a silent but fast car
If anyone wants more pictures of a certain area or of anything please just give me a shout.
I have tried to be as open as i can be about this and i know i could sell this to some unsuspecting chav on donedeal for more money, but i would rather see it go to a good home and know its going to be treated how id like it to be treated...
if I cannot get a decent/the right buyer for this I am going to, in about 6 months get the engine fully rebuilt and keep the car.
