5zigen Pro Racer Spec A Exhaust

Hi all,

Looking at buying a new exhaust for my EK9, have come across a 5zigen Pro Racer Spec A Cat Back for sale at a decent price

Does anyone else here run one? I'm looking for opinions on how loud it is ...

We have a decibel limit here in NZ, which is either 90 - 95db, so hopefully someone has a actual reading as well

Yeah mate, have done a youtube search and it doesn't seem to loud :s

I have uploaded a photo (top exhaust), it looks like it has two long resonators and one short? Seller has told me the backbox is a Jasma Pro Racer, with Pro Racer engraved on the tip.

Shooter - Does this sound like yours mate? What engine/headers ect you running? Whats it sound like? Quiet at cruising speeds and bit louder at WOT? (Which I'm looking for) Not raspy like some of the other N1s ... Sorry for all the quetions

make sure you get it for an ek9 and not a vti/si

the ek4 one has quite a large taper at the start of the b pipe where it goes into the first silencer. this will be very restricting on an ek9

this exhaust is as loud as stock.

you will have no problem with decibels

Thanks leek9! Are you running the full system with a decat and header?

Not sure what exhaust this is for, seller doesn't know much about it, hopefully they can measure it and send me more photos.

i had it on but it was strangling my engine and it was wayyy to qeuite (sp/lol)

although im running a b18c and DC2 98 spec 4-1 manifold

so im now running my old fujitsubo middle bit with the 5zigen axle back
