5 lug conversion ITR and CTR the same?

you take your old caliper to a auto parts store and you pay a fee and they give you a remanufacturered one in exchange.

Take the rust off with a wire wheel and a drill.

If you decide to go that far with removing the hub and bearing, you should have a pro do it since you need a press to remove the bearing.

Can anyone confirm that 96 spec 4 lug ITR brakes calipers will fit on a 5 lug CTR setup. I just ordered a 5 lug setup from a CTR, but it does not include rotors nor calipers. What are my options to mount this on a 96 spec ITR?

I think the 4 lug ITR brake calipers will not fit the 5 lug CTR setup because the 96 spec ITR has a smaller brake disc.

You can use 01 Honda CRV Calipers. I used that calipers when I removed my endless calipers. You can get it cheaper also since there is no "Type R" price tag and they're the same...

teg shafts are differnt at the hub,
they have more splines then civic r

That again depends on what market DC2-R you're speaking of...which is clearly stated on the first page.

JDM-R is 36mm and USDM-R is 32mm making it identical to the CTR.

yup CRV 5 lugs are alot cheaper, but perform the same. it's because they are basically the same (except maybe for the brake pads? idk) :)
