Here I have for sale my EJ9 that I have loved for two years now.
I am selling because I already have a new car, Clio 182
She has been very good to me in the time I have owned her and never failed me/broken down in that time. She honestly a joy to drive, especially on B-Roads however does decent MPG on the motorway is you keep it below 70.
As anyone who has driven one know they are pretty quick for a 1.4 and very underrated cars.
The tax runs out 31/03/2012.
MOT funs out May 2012.
The reason I have put 6/10 for the condition is simply because she has some issues that need to be considered, they are as follows:
Break discs are slightly warped causing vibrations under heavy breaking.
Overdue a service, although I have changed the oil in the time and will give the buyer enough oil to do a service and an oil filter.
There are some stress marks on the front bumper and a cracked number plate from when my dad reversed into my car in the snow at 5mph.
And some stone chips on the bonnet, which is to be expected from a car of this age.
Also as I did get slightly bored with a quiet car i put a stupid air filter onto the engine but i still have all the original parts so could be changed back over in 10mins.
Apart form that i cant think of any other bad points
Good points are as follows:
EK9 springs and shocks (You wouldn't believe how well it handles for jus the springs and shocks)
WolfRace alloys (Un-nown name and are purple unfortunately) in good condition though.
Two new Parada Specs 2s on the back (can obviously be changed to the front)
Two Hankook RS2s on the front will need replacing soon but are still road legal.
Spare tyre is A Toyo T1R with plenty of tread remaining
Body work, apart from the front bumper, is in good condition even for its age with no major scratches or dents.
Interior is in very good, no rips or tears anywhere and the steering wheel is surpassingly unworn.
Plenty of receipts for past work done including a new OEM exhaust fitted 10/02/2011 and both front break pads fitted 14/05/2011
timing belt was changed at the last service at 77,775 miles so no need to worry about that. during that service everything was done (and I mean everything!) Including tappets ect. Said service was done by An approved Honda specialist who has worked at Honda for 20 odd years.
New head light bulb fitted a couple of weeks ago and at that time I brought a little kit from Halfords that includes various other Bulbs.
I also have parts from when I was going to do a manifold swap which I will include in the sale along with the old steel wheels which could be kept for winter wheels next year.
Lastly It has a head unit that connects with iphones and ipods, this will be included in the sale if it is near to the asking price.
As far as I can think that is everything i can think of but if there is any questions then do not hesitate to ask).gif ":)) :))")
