1999 Honda Civic ej9 Facelift 83k FSH £1595


Rear quarter panel in pic 3 and 4 look like it's been respray look at the coulor difference.
 
really intrested in this. Just one question....Has the near side 1/4 panel been resprayed, the rubber guards off it and the shade is different?
 
yes rear quarter panels has been pro-resprayed as was some surface rust
on corner of archs were 1/4 panel meets the bumper,
rust was cut out and new piece welded in and professional job done,
Arch Rust is common problem in ek/ej's civics,anyone will tell you this,
with this issue repaired car is sittin mint now with no flaws,
in daylight paint is 99.9% match as its blended etc but with
camera flash the glossyness of freshly painted clearcoat makes
for an optical illusion,rubber seals left off as these promote rust in 1st place
anyone is free to HPI car as its 100% HPI clear,iv left reg of car up, T71 GKN
 
I think the car looks clean as hell.. looks very very tidy if i am honest..

would make a great project car as the body work is sorted it needs for nothing in the body department.. = perfect project :win:

thanks topher,iv seen my fare share of ej9's and this is an excellant example

having 1 carefull owner over 12years with full comperhensive service history

only flaw on whole car is 1 dimple on drivers door on body line in middle,
can just about make it out in 1st pic
 
Car now sold to 1st viewer for full asking price,
away to happy new home
good luck with her,i believe new owner is on forum
