Hi guys, looking to sell my EK9, I was going to break it but to be honest it's far, far to clean for that, someone should enjoy it as a whole :)

Here are the details;

1998 Civic Type R EK9
Imported in 2008
188k on the clock, mixture of km/miles, it's around 110k actual miles total
MOT til May next year
Good service history from UK and Japan
2 Keys and 2 fobs

It has the following improvements over standard;

Integra Type R airbox and intake hose
RMF Tri-Y header (heatwrapped) with decat
Mugen Twinloop cat-back system - excellent condition
Lightweight flywheel, Exedy OEM clutch
Spoon yellow cam cover
Spoon Reservoir socks

Spoon shocks & springs
Skunk2 rear lower control arms in silver

Honda Primo sunstrip

Momo Tuner steering wheel
Cat 1 alarm/Immobiliser

Condition;

Exterior is in excellent condition for the year, there are no scuffs or scrapes anywhere on it, no scratches etc. All 4 wheels are immaculate with no chips or kerbing. The only bad point is on the driver's rear wheel are where there are the very early signs of rust, it should be cheap and easy to catch this early and nip it in the bud. See the pics for more detail. The passenger arch is perfect.

Interior again is in very good condition, the rear seats look hardly sat in, the Recaros are in very good condition with a slight bit of wear on the the driver's bolster, again this is photographed, very normal for these cars. No scratches or odd marks on the dash or doorcards. The boot again looks hardly used, the spare wheel well has been repainted at some stage in proper champ white so looks better than factory. The wheel, toolkit and jack are also there complete.

Mechanically the car wants for nothing, it has had recent standard-replacement brakes all around All calipers are nice and free, no knocks etc from the Spoon struts as you'd expect. The clutch and gears are all in excellent working order and the engine starts, goes and sounds as it should.

Pics;

I will update with some better photos later on if I have time. If not it'll be this weekend.

Hi Matt, would you be interested in a deal with my JDM EP3 listed a few posts below this one? Thanks

Sorry missed this. I have a dc5 mate so I wouldn't really have a use for it, it'd have to be trade value really sorry!

No problem Matt, I'm still not in a rush to sell my JDM at all but something about this clean EK9 that I like! Best of luck with the sale mate
