Item for sale: 1997 Honda Civic EK9

Hi guys. I'm selling my 9 due to having moved onto a new project and need to free up funds for that. Such a blast to drive but can be economical if you want it to be (I have managed to get from here to Hull 430 miles on one tank - granted I was sat at 55-60 the whole way). Currently is mot'd till March '13 and tax'd till end of August
Bad points:
Front bumper and lip are a bit scruffy - mainly due to stone chips
Headlights aren't EK9 ones - I don't know why but they were on the car when I purchased it.
There are a few tiny rust spots (no bubbling or rottenness - just discolouration).
There's a tiny car park ding in one of the rear quarters. Only tiny though.
There's a scuff on the drivers side sideskirt
There's a small crack in the rear bumper
Good points/mods:
AEM v1 induction kit
ThunderSports 4-1 header
New lambda sensor fitted by myself
OEM cat (baffled decat included)
Aftermarket cat back exhaust system (unknown make but will add pics)
Dastek piggyback ECU (will include a Hondata S200 with sale)
Currently the interior is stripped. I can get it replaced at buyers wish (will bump up the price a little).
OEM EK9 alloys refurbed and repainted in Y-56 by myself
Brand new windscreen.
De-PAS'd (PAS system will be included if I don't get round to fitting it) and De-air con'd
Recently had new rear calipers and handbrake cables fitted.
Has 3x 52mm gauges (oil pressure, oil temp and volts)
New alternator fitted as reconditioned ones kept failing.
Cusco coilovers
Rear strut brace
Timing belt got done (by Honda) when I got the car 3 years ago.
Has a Thatcham Cat 1 alarm+immobiliser (certificate is with the paperwork).
I have a fair amount of spares/parts which I might include at the right price
