Item for sale: CW Pre-Facelift EK9

It comes with great regret that i'am having to sel the 9, but i'am saving money towards a house fund. Imported in 2008 and still has electric folding mirrors, air con, PAS etc. The number plate is also quite a desirable one amongst vw golf r32 owners and skyline r32 owners.
The car has been a real pleasure to own. I bought the car off duncan (fastjapcars.com) back in march of this year, so i have owned it just over 7 months. Mileage is now on 104,150 miles. Front and rear tyres and loads of life left in them and there is no sign of uneven wear.
Since owning the car i have only done a few bits to the car.
New front and rear red 'H' badges from honda.
New air filter.
New 10w-40 oil and hamp filter (done 200 miles ago).
New front and rear brake discs and pads (done 10 miles ago, so still bedding in).
Changed the headlights to genuine ek9 ones as it came with ej ones.
New rear passengers side wheel bearing.
Cambelt change and oil and filter at 99,000 miles (done by duncan)
The car has a completely standard engine which pulls very well and dosen't smoke (only run on Vpower).
Paint on the car is 15 years old, but is still in very good condition. It has been taken care of indefinitely.
The only modifications are a fujitsubo rmo1a cat back exhaust 9 which was bought off a forum member through duncan and a momo 'race' steering wheel.
Bad Points:
I'am very honest when it comes to this part and i will list everything i see as a bad point.
Front bumper could do with a respray as stone chips have quite badly chipped the paint and one scuff on the side. ( The bumper was like this when i bought and i have not had the time to get it sorted).
Both recaros have small burns in them most likely from cigarettes (also there when i bought it). Also they have been swapped around by previous owner to save bolster wear, but all bolsters are very firm and not sagging.
Drives side floor mat eye hole has come loose from the mat itself.
Front drivers side wheel has a slight buckle due the copious amount of pot holes round my area. I did buy a set of uk dc2 wheels to put on, but never got tround to doing so. These can be sold with the car for an extra £100 and come with decent tyres.
The pictures i have at the moment have been taken by other people and some shots have been taken fom my thread, but i will update with fresh photos at the weekend.
Sensible offers listened to.
No tyre kickers or test pilots and no test drive without proof of insurance.
