Jake123, How did you work out 850kg as 25% weight reduction, if the original weight was 1020kg?

I've got all the suspension bits in and got the car back on its wheels.
That's the coilovers at their highest setting which I'm happy with for now to get the car running right and through MOT then I'll drop them a bit, but not too much as the manifold sits very low!
The only thing that's holding me up now is the vehicle speed sensor. I've taken the electronic speed sensor out of the diff and dismantled it, leaving the mechanical part which I am going to feed the speedo cable into at the weekend and hopefully this will mean the clocks work and it should lift VTEC again
After that its just small things that need sorted to get it ready for the road.
I'm planning to just get it out and running well this summer and enjoy it for a while, then it will come off the road next winter again when I have a bit more money and get a full lick of paint and full underseal to get it mint.

some more slow but steady progress with this over the last few weeks.
got these genuine Skunk 2 lower control arms at a price I couldn't refuse and as you can see from the pics the old ones were well due a change.
One of the bolts wrung so I had to take the whole hub / trailing arm assembly out of the drivers side but it made it easier fitting the new RTA bushing.
I think they look real well fitted.
I also got a slimline fan because the standard one wouldn't fit behinf the Fluidyne radiator.
And also seen these advertised at good money so went and bought them last week.
Very good condition Accord Type R Recaros, I think they will look well in the car.
But this is all the racing they will be doing for now until I'm finished as I don't want to wreck them.
I also got the speedo working by modifying the electronic speed sensor to take the manual cable but this means the car still won't Vtec as the ecu doesn't know its moving so if anybody has a solution please let me know.
