To clear a few things up i would not have the wheels on the car if they were dangerous simple i have no intenstion of putting me or any other road users in danger. As for the chances fo it going worng it WONT they were 4 days of fab done on the back of the car for to make sure that they would not go wrong and the make the wheels fit also.

I don't see the point in most EK's going along the same lines as each other with black wheels carbon this and that or CE'28's just dont see the point think out side the box and have the balls to try some thing different. not saying that they are all the same.

The camber will be reduced when the tyres go onto the rims they are people are runing alot more camber then me.

This car will not be a show pony either with the engine and extras that are going on it:drive:. It will also be a DD.I have another set of wheels for track days and drag days.

I'm not too pushed weather people like the wheels or not as it's my car and my money if i want to mould a pair of tits on the roof i will :p

most of the ppl here are going to bash u... since most actually "use" their cars... personally i dig the look ur going for (hellaflush)... I'm actually thinkin of changin my sw388's for some bbs rs's....

that being said... i think 11" is toooo much man, u will have to change tires on a monthly basis... the most i go for is 7"... the ones im gettin are 6.5" so its still functional...

This is not realy my cup of tea, but fair paly mate for doing something diffrent & i am looking forward to seeing the end results!

Am i reading that right you have a supercharged K20 to drop in your EK?????

If so we demand some pic's & vid's once its in there!:naughty:
 
yeh i read his project thread and its bloody impressive to say the least. think the k20 is already in and he is using a rotrex supercharger.
 
So when we gonna see some pics of the car actually wearing tires? You big TEASE! That white EK on the previous page is possibly the cleanest looking example of an EK hatch I've ever seen.
