small update on these drawings are done and even better my dad is just purchasing a laser cutter aswell which means even better cutting,polished edges was thinking of designs with logo, forum names etc engraved in the plug cover. keep you posted on designs and products.ben

I thought of this but I have seen it done before with plug covers and cambelt covers, It will be thick Perspex not like thin plastic. What ideas do you have sid??

Well I have giving a plug cover to my dad with a few other items he is drawing them in CAD then transfers file into CNC where it will fully cut it out. Not sure on the interest in the idea? I will keep the cost to a minimum depending on the design.

Hi ya I was just seeing if there was any interest in Perspex Plug covers for a b series engine, My dad owns a CNC machine which can make so many items, wood,some metal and Perspex/plastic, and he gets so many off cuts which he doesn't use/need so I want to make the most of these bits...
