Iv had inlet off and sealed back up bud just weird how it's fine when cold but soon as it warms up it dies and struggles to rev

When my car is cold it starts fine and revs fine but soon as the temperature gauge moves or gets warm and try rev and it just dies and sounds like its starving itself.
