Is he sure the rest of the car is an EK9? Or is it just the engine he's unsure of? I know theres differences in the engine but other than the stamp im unsure how to tell by looking at it. I'm sure someone will know...

£2400 is keen ha ha. Think the most I've ever paid for insurance was £1300 ish, and I don't think I'd even buy a car now if i had to pay more that £1k for insurance.
