I fitted cucso coilovers to my ek at the weekend, coils are wound right down and the cars only 10mm lower than standard :S is this normal?

hey i have a set of NGK super silicone ignition leads i was just wondering if i can use any kind of spark plugs with them e.g OEM ones or do they have to be the ones stated on the box e.g NGK Iridium's Thanks Rainy
