Good to see some old timers in here as well. 39 at the moment, been driving a Honda EK (na and turbo) for like 4 years, our other cars are a DC2 with a JRSC and a Nissan Frontier SE. The turbo EK is actually my dad's daily and he is 62.

Well he did say S300 and that is not want a Kseries is controlled with. KPRO, Haltech and AEM. I would think he would not do that set up for free since it takes a good bit of time to tune a KPRO. Just my guess.
Take out the dipstick and get a cardboard (rub the dipstick on the cardboard) and see if there are large amt of fuel in your oil. Are you sure you dont have a injector stuck open?
Seems that there might be some blow by or a washed out ring due to the excessive fuel in the oil.
