Cheers for the suggestions aroon. A chap on itr-dc2 suggested it could be that relay also. That will be first port of call. Car will be having a full service this weekend so fuel filter will be replaced then.

One thing i noticed in your tank is that you dont have any powerheads? You may want to get a couple to create more flow. Will help to stop algae buildup and its also good to create surfave agitation to release co2 out the water and keep ph stable :nice:
