External coil suppose to deliver more power than the stock internal one. Since i installed mine the car feels more responsive at the slightest touch of the accel pedel... from 2000 rpm to 9,200 rpm. The rev counter moves steadily and when it gets on Vtec the rush down to the redline is smoother...

I just installed an MSD external coil on my EK9. Can anyone tell me what ignition timing setting i should run with the external coil or should i leave it at the stock 17 degrees.

A friend of mine told me he installed a B & G pressure regulator and he raised his fuel pressure by a couple notches. This increased his top end performance. Does this mod really increase performance or is it just another waste of time?

Ye Guys, has anyone tried doing this swap... (GSR intake manifold on B16B). If so does it give any increase in performance???

Ye, right under the intake manifold.... i don't think it is for diagnostic. The clip is identical to the one the goes on the IAC valve but only has one wire so it think it is for a sensor....
