honestly i don't think you will need anything, it should all bolt right up, depending on what wiring harness/ecu your using you may need a jumper and you may need to rewire your distributor. basically your car sounds like its obd1 and you are putting and obd2 engine in it so all normal rules apply, i don't know those rules because i always stayed obd2 myself...
the only thing that i can think of is the shifter linkage you have to use the one from you're current engine, and the motor mounts
no difference rhd or lhd it fit's blinx 9900 is right you will need to take the harness off of your old motor and use that one for the b16b you might have to extend the injector plugs and some other sensors tps sensor i think. anyways man good luck with the swap keep us updated and post some pics.
Also
B16B does not have VTEC pressure Switch (VTPS) you will have to fix this to have Vtec engaged. Fix is simple and you short connect power wire of VTPS and power of VTS wire. The rest is grounded and that is it.
If you come to a problem while doing swap ask !

It does have Vtec solenoid, this is one that engages VTI.
There are some conditions to engage VTI working, but in B16B JDM OBD2 ecu doesn't look for a VTPS, which is one of them. So when he put P28 or other OBD1 ECU, it will require and look for VTPS.
Also he will additionally just in case check:
IACV, CKF, O2 wiring and KS wiring, because of the difference in OBD generations.
i have a chip to run a b16b i dont if is going to need vtps signal. i have my original o2 sensor and ckf , whats iacv..... tanks
i wouldnot recommended unless if your b16a has the exact set up as the b16b like type r cams springs intake manifold exhaust etc.
