Hi. Just needed a bit of help/advice. Dont post much on here as i am always on ATR forum but always have a lurk now and then.

I did a search and have found out that he is a conman and total messer.

Anyway i sold the guy a b series throttle body via ebay. He bought it then asked questions after he then deceided not to pay me so i tried to cancel the transaction but he then paid for the item. I packed and posted it out then a few days later i get a message from ebay that a "case" has been opened due the item not being as described.

He mailed me saying it wasn't a b series throttle body. I have seen enough b series throttle bodies to know what one looks like and even that one was removed from a vti and was initially connected to skunk 2 intake.

Anyway i think i am ranting on a bit. What i wanted to know is where do i stand with ebay and paypal who have put that money on hold.
Can we get a collection of people together to let ebay and paypal know that this guy is a total fraud as i think there are few people on here who have been done by this guy.

He has been getting away with it for too long now i think.

There is little we can help with regarding this issue you have.
You are lucky that its only a TB. I am sorry about your issue and wish there was something we/I could help with.

Please post up all of the persons information if this is really a fraud case.
 
Had problems with him before and heard about people who have sold to him/bought from him that have had similar experiences. There isn't much which can be done, PayPal never really seemed to care whenever I've phoned them. Just hope he doesn't send you an empty box back without the item as I've heard some people do this to get their money back and keep the item.
 
seems to be a bit hit and miss, i bought an item off him ages ago and he was great. :confused: but i've definitely heard about his dodgy track record...
 
yes i had a similar issue with him on ebay few months back he bought a ek4 speedo cluster off my auction won the bid then sent a message saying if i can sort out a better price for him as he thought it wasnt worth that much when the idiot bidded that amount to win the auction then left negative feedback ---WHAT A ARSE HOLE PLEASE AVOID---
 
Email the people at Paypal al links to threads about what a scam he is.
 
Yes he ripped me off with a set of what he said was mint wheels+tyres. When they turned up ther were well corroded, 4 odd fu@/ed tyres and center caps missing. There were several other anoying deals but this topped it.
Do not get involved.

For some reason he thinks i am someone called Imran. Must be someone else he has conned.
 
plus he has a few dodgy accounts all under the name "vinesh" linked to the bedford area hope this helps to get this idiot stopped in his tracks. plus just checked all these accounts are linked to the same address

If you sent him the TB you must have his address - someone else who's been ripped off will surely live nearby going on the law of averages ;)
 
I've said it before in threads like this, there should be a name and shame thread with as much information on each scumbag as possible. Is it possible to block someone from biding on your ebay auction?
 
Im glad I just read this thread, was about to buy a Cusco strut brace from this seller, needless to say im not now.
 
i met him ages ago, i was breaking a box shape.
he came around, removed the bits himself.
and paid a fair amount (i knew what the bits were worth..)
couldn't really fault him.

some people have had bad experiences, he is banned off the crx as he was buying bits as an enthusiast n sticking on ebay for 2,3,5 even 10x the price..

he is a bit of a haggler, i have noticed he uses other peoples photos when selling items too. like the dc5 he has on ebay, i think vtec-performance the company is called in ireland. he nicked their pics..
 
Similar situation happened to me with veetec1 on Ebay. He had purchased from us twice. He did not pay neither items, when he received unpaid strike from Ebay, he had emailed us to cancel the order, since he no longer need it. So we did twice. I should have blocked him then.

The third time around, he paid for the item, a month later, he claims that the part did not fit, and want to send the item back for refund. I then asked him to explain how is it not fitting? I also sent him a message asking him to make sure he write the item number and his user id on the box.

He then replied to us, saying that its our fault that the item didn't fit. His English is really broken.

I then searched "veetec1" on google, looks like he tried to pull similar scam on other people.
 
My mate brought an B18CR off him, i didnt know at the time that it was this guy. Turns out the sump seals went. Guys abit of a blagger!
