Condition: Good used condition, cam from my engine that had cover approx 8k miles. 2 small blemishes/pitting very small on closing side. (This was evident before the engine blew up).

Are these safe to run with a stock b18c6 bottom end?

Yeah compression too low for these in a stock C6, without a doubt. They wouldn't be used to full potential.

Its fully port polished head, gates racing timing belt and spoon high compression head gasket if that helps.

To get the best I believe a 12.5:1 CR is about optimum.

If you've spent money on the head & want to put big cams in you need to build the bottom end to be high comp really. 12.5:1 as said.
