severe engine fault


well guys am so upset and depressed removed the head and found exactly what that guy posted a pic up of a hole size of my index finer right below the spark plug in bore 1 and the spark plug has disintigrated:nono: so gutted where can i get an ek9 piston and rings going to replace the lot what size of rings as its a b18c4 with ek9 pistons i also have valve stem seals in the house

HELP PLEASE ASAP WANT HER BACK ON THE ROAD:nice:
 
btw what could have caued this the car is on a base map on chrome and also when somtimes i heavily plant my food and put car under load a get like a wee knocking noise any ideas
 
If your valves are still in place then it wasnt a valve that caused the whole...


...it will be the tuning! bad tuning / running on basemaps = DETONATION = lean heat, overexpanded pistons, hot spots and possibly meltdown.

Look at the skirts of your pistons. Are they all scuffed up? have they scuffed the cylinder walls?

That wee knocking noise / popping noise is heavy detonation. :((

...itll quickly destroy engines and it also shocks the bearings. You'll need new bearings for it too.
 
well guys i tink its all due to manaement all bored rings and sells are ok:clap: put on 2 new acl race bearings and it will all be sorted wile am tere i am replaceing vave seals and doin engine flus also

btw my letters beside f and j dont work as you could prob work tis out lol
 
basemap is to get your car to the tuner, driving on light throttle, THATS IT!
